Lemoncello Spritz

Picture yourself sipping a Lemoncello spritz, sun setting over the sea, sand between your toes and friends in surplus. It’s refreshingly zesty and the ultimate summer-day cocktail.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Threefold Australian Lemoncello
• 60 ml prosecco
• 90 ml soda water
• 1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a wine glass over ice
2. Stir gently to combine
3. Garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig
