Love the kaffir lime but it's not overpowering. Them I taste the ginger which has a hit like chilli. Finishing lemon grass.
Really mixes well with my preferred tonic and bickfords lime cordial (alternative is lime juice and sugar syrup)

Not a wine drinker. This gin is easily the best way to drink Shiraz :) Love it!
