Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) barrel aged gin
- 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) lemon juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) soda water
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the soda water
- Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with soda water
