Saturn

The drink is credited to Californian bartender J. “Popo” Galsini, who won the 1967 International Bartender’s Association World Championship with his recipe.

Saturn Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Old fashioned
Garnish: Skewered lime and maraschino

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Aromatic gin
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coconut gin liqueur
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) lemon juice 
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup 
• 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) falernum
• 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) orgeat

Method:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients
2. Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
3. Strain over pebble ice into an old fashioned glass
