Spicy Pineapple Margarita

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Australian Lemoncello
- 30ml Tequila
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 5ml Agave
- 2 pickled jalapeno slices
METHOD
- Rim half your glass with salt
- Add all ingredients into shaker, shake and double strain into your ice filled glass
- Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and pineapple wedge
BARTENDERS NOTES
Don't like it spicy? Simply remove the jalapeno slices and you'll have a delicious and refreshing marg!
