Negroni
The Negroni is a simple 3-ingredient bittersweet aperitivo cocktail. The classic Negroni is traditionally made with equal parts of gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth although many modern bartenders prefer to serve it a little more gin-forward by increasing the gin to 37.5 ml (or more!).
The Negroni is bitter and boozy and is the ideal pre-dinner sipper to warm up your appetite.
It was first served in Florence, Italy over 100 years ago in 1919.
