Clover Club

The Clover Club originates from 1901 and was named after a men’s club that congregated at Philadelphia’s Bellevue-Stratford Hotel.

Clover Club Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Skewered raspberries

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) raspberry gin
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) dry vermouth 
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) lemon juice 
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) egg white

Method:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients
2. Dry shake (without ice)
3. Wet shake (with ice) for 10-12 seconds
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
