Negroni

The Negroni was reportedly first served in Florence, Italy in 1919 over 100 years ago. A relatively easy cocktail to make with equal parts Campari, Sweet Vermouth & Dry Gin.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Gin (1 oz)
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth (1 oz)
  • 30ml Campari (1 oz)

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into your old fashioned glass
  2. Add ice and stir
  3. Garnish with a slice or twist of orange
