The Negroni was reportedly first served in Florence, Italy in 1919 over 100 years ago. A relatively easy cocktail to make with equal parts Campari, Sweet Vermouth & Dry Gin.
- 30ml Gin (1 oz)
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth (1 oz)
- 30ml Campari (1 oz)
- Combine all ingredients into your old fashioned glass
- Add ice and stir
- Garnish with a slice or twist of orange
