Blood Orange Negroni
What better cocktail for our Italian inspired Blood Orange Gin than an Italian classic, the Negroni. The zesty blood oranges take this cocktail to the next level.
Method: stirred and strained
Glassware: old fashioned
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml spring harvest blood orange gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- 1 dash of orange bitters (optional)
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass
- Fill mixing glass with ice and stir for 12 seconds and immediately strain into your cocktail glass
- Garnish with an orange wedge
