Love the kaffir lime but it's not overpowering. Them I taste the ginger which has a hit like chilli. Finishing lemon grass.
Really mixes well with my preferred tonic and bickfords lime cordial (alternative is lime juice and sugar syrup)

This is now my favourite gin. I recommend pairing it with Fever tree Elderflower tonic as the flavour is less sharp and it compliments the gin perfectly.
