Corpse Reviver Cocktail Recipe

First mentioned in Harry Craddock’s The Savoy Cocktail Book published in 1930.

Corpse Reviver No. 2

Glass: Coupe (absinthe rinsed)
Garnish: Lemon twist

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Aromatic gin
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lillet Blanc
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) lemon juice

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients
  2. Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
