INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Threefold Cherry Gin
  • 30ml lemon juice 
  • 20ml simple syrup 
  • Egg white (or vegan cocktail foamer)

METHOD

  1.  Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds 
  2. Shake vigorously with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass 
  3. Garnish with a cherry 

BARTENDERS NOTES 

Flavour and foam are the heroes of any good sour. Shaking without ice first helps create that silky texture and perfect froth - just like fresh snow. Then add ice, shake again, and you’ve got a festive showstopper in your glass.
