INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Threefold Cherry Gin

30ml lemon juice

20ml simple syrup
- Egg white (or vegan cocktail foamer)
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds
- Shake vigorously with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a cherry
