White Negroni

British bartender, Wayne Collins, created this French version of the Italian classic Negroni.

White Negroni Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Lemon twist

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) dry gin
• 1 oz (30 ml) Lillet Blanc
• 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Suze

Method:

1. In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients
2. Stir for 15-25 seconds
3. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
