Tropical Spritz

Coconut Tropical Spritz
Your one-way ticket to tropical bliss!

Method: built in glass  
Glass: goblet or wine glass 

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Coconut Gin Liqueur
  • 5ml Simple syrup 
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • 150ml Fever-Tree Lime and Yuzu Soda 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Garnish – lime wheel and pineapple  

METHOD

  1. Combine ingredients in a wine glass over ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish and enjoy! 

BARTENDERS NOTES
Garnishes in spritzes are not only fun and festive but they can also alter the flavour of the drink in fantastic ways. Mixing and matching fruits and herbs in your spritz is highly recommended.
