Spicy Carajillo
This modern take on a Carajillo variation adds a smoky, peppery layer to the traditional coffee and vanilla profile. It stays cold and concentrated when served over ice, carrying a sharp heat that cuts through the rich texture of the espresso. The result is a savory drink that works well as a late evening pour.
