Tiramisu

Tiramisu Cocktail Recipe

The Tiramisu cocktail pays homage to Italy's beloved dessert that transforms layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa into a silky, sippable experience.

Crafted by the innovative bartenders at London's now-legendary LAB bar, this cocktail captures all the indulgent complexity of tiramisu with remarkable precision: the rich depth of Threefold coffee liqueur mingles with the wine-kissed sweetness of Marsala, while white crème de cacao adds velvety chocolate notes and chilled espresso provides that essential coffee backbone.

The genius lies in the details—a dollop of actual mascarpone cheese lends authentic creaminess, while chocolate bitters provide the finishing touch that mirrors the dusting of cocoa on the classic dessert. It's a drink that proves the best cocktails don't just taste good; they tell a story, transporting you from the bar stool to a cozy Italian café with every sip.
