Promotional Period: 00:00am ACST June 1st, 2024 - 11:59pm ACST, August 31st, 2024

Eligible Entrants: Open to Australian residents only. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Total Prize Pool: $1500 AUD. Inclusive of; 10 Bottles of Threefold Gin (Aromatic x2, Mediterranean Tom Yummy, Raspberry x2, Blood Orange, Shiraz x2, Cherry), Two Threefold Liqueurs (Australian Lemoncello, Tangelocello), Two Cases of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, Two Cases of Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, Eight Fever-Tree Gin and Tonic Glasses, Signed Steve the Bartender Cocktail Book, The Australian Book of Gin, The Guide to Australian Gin by George Grbich, Fever-Tree Easy Mixing Guide to Australian Gin, Jigger, Fever-Tree Bar Blade, Fever-Tree Tote Bag, Threefold Tote Bag, Four Lavish Garnish Packs + Barware.

Where will the Competition Run: Competition will run online via https://threefolddistilling.com.au/pages/win-gin, across social platforms, in-venue and in licensed bars and venues across South Australia.

How To Enter: To enter, you must, during the promotional period sign up to Threefold Distilling's mailing list with a valid email address.

Winner Notification: There will be one winner determined in this competition. Winner will be contacted in writing and by phone by Threefold Distilling, info@threefolddistilling.com.au within 5 business days of determination.

Unclaimed Prize: Prize must be claimed by September 6th, 2024. In the event of an unclaimed prize, winner will be redrawn on September 7th, 2024.

further conditions of entry

1) The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Conditions of Entry.

2) Valid and eligible entries will be accepted only during the promotional period stated above. Any entries which are incomplete or incorrect, including entries by individuals under 18 years, will be void.

3) Employees of companies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, inclusive of businesses involved in the management of the promotion and businesses benefitting from the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4) The draw will take place at Threefold Distilling; 1/524 Anzac Highway, Glenelg East, South Australia, 5045; on 4th of June, 2024 using a computerised random selection method.

5) All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner chooses not to accept their prize, is unable to or does not claim the prize within one month after draw they forfeit the prize and the promoter is not obligated to substitute the prize.

6) Prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash or voucher equivalent prize.

7) Entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no ways sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram or Facebook or participating bars, restaurants and liquor retail outlets.

8) Tickets or rights for alcohol prizes will not be distributed by or to any person under 18, nor can a person under 18 dispense or collect an alcohol prize. The promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol under Liquor Licensing Act 1997.

9) The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize, inclusive of GST. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the price after 28th March, 2024.  

10) No entry fee is charged by the promoter to enter the promotion.

11) Entrants’ personal information inclusive of full name, email address, contact phone number and state/ territory of residence will be collected by the promoter. Personal information will be stored on the promoter's data base, this information may be used for future marketing purposes. No external parties will have access to this information.

12) For the purpose of advertisements, the promoter may publish the winner’s first name, surname initial and state/territory of residence.

13) The winner may be asked to participate in additional marketing activities related to the promotion, including but not limited to; being recorded, photographed or filmed. Participants acknowledge that the promoter may use any such marketing material without further reference or compensation to them. 

14) The promoter reserves the right to validate and check authenticy of winners details, including self portrait and valid identification. Valid photo identification that will be accepted is a current Australian drivers license, proof of age card or current passport. In the event that a claimant cannot provide suitable proof of age, identity and place of residence as required by the promoter, the claimant will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

15) The use of any automated, mechanical or electronic entry software that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all claims submitted by that individual invalid. 

16) If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the promoter, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a gift, subject to State or Territory regulation. 

17) The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcohol beverage if it would breach any laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol.
