tasting room - now closed

For the past four years, it was an absolute joy to welcome you into our tasting room, to share a drink, a laugh, and our love for craft spirits.

But with our wholesale trade and export markets growing rapidly, we needed to take the next big step. To keep the gin flowing to the best bars, restaurants, and bottle shops across the country and beyond, we’ve closed our tasting room and expanded our production space.

While this chapter is closed, it’s not the end. We’ll be on the lookout for the right space to reopen when the time is right. In the meantime, you can still purchase bottles from our Glenelg East home Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm, or use online click & collect for pick up during the same hours. You can also catch us pouring at local events or behind the bar at your favourite watering hole.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. For sipping with us and being part of the ride so far. We can’t wait to share what’s next.
