cocktail bar + tasting room

Over the past four years, it’s been an absolute joy to welcome you into our tasting room, to share a drink and our love for craft spirits.

But now it’s time for a big step. Our wholesale trade and export markets are growing rapidly and to keep up we need a much larger production space. As a result, we’ll be closing our tasting room so we can expand and keep the gin flowing to all the best bars, restaurants and botleshops across the country and beyond.

Our last day of trade will be Saturday, September 27th. We’d love to see you for one final gin & tonic, a tasting paddle, or just a good old chinwag at the bar.

While this chapter is closing, we’ll be on the look out for a new space to reopen our tasting room. In the meantime you can catch us at pouring at local events or behind the bar at your favourite wateringhole.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. For sipping with us and being part of the ride so far. We can’t wait to share what’s next.
