From bathers to beanies, the buzz of South Australian fig season arrives as we’re swapping afternoons on the beach for armchairs by open fires. Our Fig Gin is innately indulgent, finding a delectable & elegant result courtesy of natural fruit nobility & a hands-off approach in the distillery. Fresh figs are macerated in dry gin before resting in a single muscat cask to make fast friends of pure fruit, robust dark sugar, and muscat flavours.

Beanie weather gin, a little indulgence to keep the chill at bay. Cosy and moreish, it finds its stride as the bottle brought out after the plates are cleared, to be shared around the table. A hearty hug when paired with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and lime.
