A quick strike of inspiration at the iconic Adelaide central markets to use late season South Australian Riverland tangelos. Aromatic Gin lays the foundation for this fun, delicious liqueur. The peels were steeped in the gin for over 6 months before being turned into the cello in this bottle. Enjoy as a summer spritz or over ice.

Yummy Tangelocello

Opened today with the family for Easter Sunday.. Was warm enough in Adelaide to enjoy neat over ice..
Our 3rd so, who loves Limoncello, said he liked it even better than limoncello..
