Featuring one of our experimental gins made using Adelaide Hills grown Rhubarb alongside complex and bitter-sweet Imperial Measures Ruby Bitter and local, Italian-inspired Adelaide Hills Distillery's Rosso Vermouth. Great concept. Love the collaboration with other local businesses.
The negroni itself was tasty and easy drinking, however the rhubarb flavour was not overly present. That could be my taste buds, the bottle is already finished so its fair to say that I liked it.
Looking forward to the next concept. Love what youre doing team.

Really loved this negroni. So great on ice with a slice of orange peel. The rhubarb was subtle but perfect!

Very nice Shiraz Gin, with a higher ABV than most macerated gins this still has some kick which is great on its own or mixed. Thoroughly enjoyed this blend!
