Featuring one of our experimental gins made using Adelaide Hills grown Rhubarb alongside complex and bitter-sweet Imperial Measures Ruby Bitter and local, Italian-inspired Adelaide Hills Distillery's Rosso Vermouth. Finished with Rhubarb Bitters.
