Hand selecting each seasoned barrel, the resting process fine tunes a distinct style of gin defined by a detailed palate and intoxicating aromatics. Rich in hue and perfume alike, a seamless layering of cherry and marzipan, cacao nibs and bitter orange lead into a palate of rich chocolate ganache and bitter almond. With hints of dark black forest cake and a smooth vanilla bean backbone, our Barrel Aged Shiraz Mourvedre Gin evokes a mature dessert in itself.
