One night only. A dinner experience that promises a journey to the unexpected. Society and Threefold come together for a pairing as iconic as a trip to Bali and a Bintang before 9am.  

Expect plenty of fresh and punchy dishes, enjoyed alongside a spectacular pour from Threefold Distilling.

We're talking:  

  • Kangaroo tartare with crispy potato strings and soy caramel egg yolk; paired with Threefold Australian Crawl featuring Threefold Aromatic Gin, Threefold Shiraz Gin, salted cucumber, lemon aspen cordial.

  • Butter poached King Prawns with mojo verde and salumi sauce; paired with Threefold Island Hopper featuring Threefold Mediterranean Gin, pineapple and basil-infused vermouth. 

  • Charcoal Grilled Pork Jowls with Threefold gin compressed watermelon, kaffir lime, lemongrass, burnt chilli dressing and pork crackling paired with Threefold Watermelon Gimlet featuring Threefold Tom Yummy Gin, acidulated watermelon juice, lemongrass, ginger, mint, and birds eye chilli.

  • Coconut Panna Cotta, mango sorbet and chocolate crumble; paired with Threefold Seeing Double featuring Threefold Raspberry Gin, Threefold Australian Lemoncello, raspberry and lemon
