It's margi time! 

Method: shake and strain  
Glass: rocks 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Australian Lemoncello
  • 30ml Tequila  
  • 30ml Pineapple juice 
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 5ml Agave  
  • 2 pickled jalapeno slices

METHOD

  1. Rim half your glass with salt 
  2. Add all ingredients into shaker, shake and double strain into your ice filled glass
  3. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and pineapple wedge 

BARTENDERS NOTES
Don't like it spicy? Simply remove the jalapeno slices and you'll have a delicious and refreshing marg!
