Our Piña Colada will have you going coco loco. Inspired by the Australian summer to bring you those splice vibes. A zesty twist on the tropical classic. 

Method: blend or shake and strain  
Glass: Tiki glass or highball  

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Australian Lemoncello
  • 30ml White rum
  • 60ml Coconut water  
  • 60ml High quality pineapple juice  
  • 15ml Coconut cream
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 5ml Lime juice  
  • Garnish – if you have fresh pineapple use the pineapple fronds and a lovely pineapple wedge, but there's nothing wrong with a paper umbrella.  

METHOD

  1. Throw everything in your blender, half fill with ice and blend
  2. Fill your glass with ice and strain mixture
  3. Garnish and enjoy! 

Or if you don’t have a blender add all ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds and strain.  

BARTENDERS NOTES
Fresh is always best when using fruit juice. Don't panic if you don’t have pineapples and a juicer instead use a quality store juice.
