Threefold Footstomp GSM is the first of our Experimental Series. Unique, small scale and often once off experiments that may never be seen again. We want to push the boundaries and bring new flavours and styles of gin to your glass!
Footstomp GSM (001):
The English have long been using sloe berries patiently macerated in gin and sweetened to create Sloe Gins. Since 2015, Australian gin pioneers have been crafting out an Australian gin category of our own - Shiraz Gin.
GSM is our creative take on this. A blend of our award-winning Aromatic Gin, Barossa Shiraz and McLaren Vale Mourvèdre. A 3-day maceration with the fruit before footstomping resulted in a full flavoured gin with notes of dark cherry and tawny characteristics.
