Threefold Barrel Aged Gin joins the Experimental Series at spot number 003. Unique, small scale and often once off experiments that may never be seen again. We want to push the boundaries and bring new flavours and styles of gin to your glass!

Barrel Aged Gin (003):

Our award winning Aromatic Gin has been rested in an American oak, ex-bourbon barrel for a short period. This light ageing process in small barrels has resulted in a delicate yet complex barrel aged gin.
