ADELAIDE, SA — The team at Threefold Distilling have spent 12 long and exciting months distilling, tasting and testing their 1st gin release. They have meticulously crafted their Aromatic Gin recipe and, after much refinement, have selected 11 botanicals that create a gin full of flavour that makes an incredible gin and tonic.

A delicate piney freshness accompanied by a citrusy bouquet of grapefruit, orange and lemon. Hints of floral notes courtesy of lavender and a savoury flavour from an abundance of garden fresh rosemary. A touch of native wattleseed for a rich mouthfeel and both pepperberry and pink pepper to provide a well rounded and aromatic gin.
Threefold Distilling create small-batch, handcrafted spirits & liqueurs that are greater than the sum of their parts. A team of three passionate bartenders crafting unique spirits, goods vibes and great times. The founders Aidan Shaw, Luke Fleming and Steven Roennfeldt bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from their tenure in the hospitality industry both locally and abroad.
