Paying homage to classic cocktail bars of yesteryear, Matt from Malt and Juniper brings you the Thrillionaire; it’s moody, slightly modernist and a bit botanical. Highlighting our Barrel Aged Gin and GSM, this cocktail channels big city vibes on the streets of Adelaide.  

Method: shake and strain 
Glassware: cocktail coupe 


  • 30ml GSM 
  • 30ml Barrel Aged Gin
  • 10ml Apricot Brandy 
  • 7ml Dry Curacao
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Egg white or vegan cocktail foamer 
  • Lemon peel


  1.  Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds 
  2. Shake vigorously with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass 
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel twist


Flavour and foam are the most important part of making a sour, shaking all ingredients without ice helps emulsify the egg white or cocktail foamer without over diluting the flavours.
