GSM Sour

Silky, smooth and stunning. Our GSM sour will turn head but not just for it’s looks.  

Method: shake and strain 
Glassware: cocktail coupe 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml GSM 
  • 30ml Aromatic gin 
  • 30ml Lemon juice 
  • 20ml 1-1 Simple syrup 
  • 15ml egg white or vegan cocktail foamer 
  • Dehydrated orange  

METHOD

  1.  Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds 
  2. Shake vigorously with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass 
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice on top of the foam 

BARTENDERS NOTES
Flavour and foam are the most important part of making a sour, shaking all ingredients without ice helps emulsify the egg white or cocktail foamer without over diluting the flavours. Play around with different ratios of GSM and Aromatic. The above recipes is our favourtie but get creative and see what your favourite ratios may be.
