Gin Fizz

Inspired by tradition while pushing the boundaries, Anchovy Bandit’s Alex, shares with us his simple yet classic Aromatic Fizz recipe. Highlighting our Aromatic Gin, his fizz recipe is textural, creamy and super refreshing. Let’s get fizzy!

Method: shake and strain 
Glassware: highball


  • 60ml Aromatic gin 
  • 30ml Lemon juice 
  • 15ml Lavender syrup 
  • 15ml Egg white or vegan cocktail foamer 


  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 5 seconds 
  2. Shake vigorously with ice for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass 
  3. Immediately add cold soda water, pouring slowly and carefully to allow foam to form (pouring along the spiral stem of a bar spoon can help). Stop pouring when liquid is about an inch from the rim, and foam is protruding from top of glass
